My services are tailored to meet individual client needs and range from simple site consultation -- identifying feasibility and potential scope of project--through fully detailed construction drawings.

I handle phases of residential architecture, from preliminary conceptual designs (with photorealistic 3D renderings) through building permits, and working drawings.

I advise clients about their responsibilities and realistic expectations during construction phases and guide them toward making timely decisions. By visualizing designs in 3D, together we consider options on paper well in advance of pricing and construction.

How I do business

I begin with an initial consultation with clients to get to know one another and identify project parameters. From there I develop a proposed estimate with includes a detailed description of work to be accomplished, reasonable timeline, and fee for services (including a pre-construction consultation with building framer to review plans.)

Not a factor to be overlooked: designing and building a custom home can be very stressful. It's a better project when everyone can enjoy the process.
